Mechanical, Instrumentation and Electrical, Maintenance and Installation
Production Services Network Water Pty Ltd (PSN Water) formally KBR Water Services Pty Ltd and originally Dawson-AOC Water Services Pty Ltd, was formed as a result of the Water Corporation's out sourcing initiatives in 1995/96 and is the maintenance and asset enhancement provider to the Water Technologies Division.
After a period of open tendering, the Company was successful in securing a long term Alliance Contract and the successful transfer of the trades workforce.
The Alliance with the Water Corporation of Western Australia scope includes the provision of mechanical, electrical and instrumentation maintenance, and asset enhancement services to the Water Corporation of Western Australia and other clients.

Company Name
Management buy-out of KBR Production Services
Following the successful management buy-out of our parent company KBR Production Services, we have changed our company name. From 16th June 2006 our company KBR Water Services Pty Ltd will operate under the name of Production Services Network Water Pty Ltd (PSN Water).
Dawson-AOC Water Services was part of Brown & Root which in turn was part of Halliburton, a company with many business entities trading under different business names.
From the 2 January 2002, Halliburton aligned practically all parts of Halliburton under a single identity. Everything on the energy services side of the businesses was branded ‘Halliburton’. Everything on the engineering and construction side of the business was known as ‘Halliburton KBR’, or in our case Halliburton KBR Water Services Pty Ltd.
From the 1 October 2002 to demonstrate its status as a more independent subsidiary of Halliburton, KBR introduced a new brand and logo.
KBR Water Services is part of KBR which in turn is still part of Halliburton. Everything on the engineering and construction side of the business is now known as ‘KBR’, or in our case ‘KBR Water Services Pty Ltd’ (KWS).
The initials ‘KBR’ recognise the founding elements of our engineering and construction business – M.W. Kellogg and Brown & Root.
